The Kosovo Police announced that they have initiated preliminary investigative actions against Arianit Sllamniku under suspicion of illegal medical activity.
During the operation, police searched his properties, seizing both weapons and medications.
According to the police statement, Sllamniku is suspected of committing the following criminal offenses:
- Illegal practice of medical or pharmaceutical activity
- Illegal medical experiments and testing of drugs prohibited by Kosovo law
The search, conducted under the order of the Gjilan Basic Court, involved inspectors from the Ministry of Health, who assisted police investigators in handling pharmaceutical substances.
Items confiscated during the search include:
- Two long firearms (licensed)
- Two short firearms (licensed)
- Ammunition and several weapon magazines
- Various medications
- Protocol books
- Electronic devices, including a computer, phone, and microchips
The suspect was interviewed in the presence of his defense attorney. Following the interview, the State Prosecutor ordered his detention for 48 hours.
