For the 22nd time, members of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo are expected to convene today in an ongoing effort to continue the constitutive session of the ninth legislature. The agenda includes the election of the Speaker and Deputy Speakers of the Assembly.
Avni Dehari, the presiding member of the session, addressed the media before the session, emphasizing that resolving the political stalemate requires reason and responsibility from political leaders.
“I’m only the presiding chair, I’m here because of my age,” said Dehari, referring to his role as a procedural formality due to being the oldest MP.
