The Central Election Commission (CEC) has begun publishing the results of postal votes from the October 12 elections.
In South Mitrovica, where the race between Arian Tahiri of the PDK and Faton Peci of Vetëvendosje has been tight, the latter is currently in the lead.
With 25% of postal votes counted so far, Peci has secured 58.48% (169 votes), while Tahiri follows with 28.72% (83 votes).
