Almost 90% of the votes have been counted, and the results show that Lëvizja Vetëvendosje (Vetëvendosje Movement) led by Albin Kurti is in the lead with 41.07%, or 308,572 votes in the February 9th parliamentary elections.
This preliminary result published by the Central Election Commission is based on the counting of 88.99% of polling stations.
This count does not include conditional votes, votes from people with special needs, or overseas votes, which will be counted later.
