President Vjosa Osmani has expressed deep sorrow over the tragic loss of three citizens in the serious triple homicide in Gjilan, extending her most sincere condolences to the victims’ families.
She has urged the competent authorities to apprehend the perpetrators of this heinous act as soon as possible and bring them before the courts to face full legal accountability.
“It is regrettable that last year, the same individuals were released by the justice institutions after spending only a short time in pre-trial detention, despite the serious crimes they were accused of,” Osmani stated.
