President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has sent a message of condolence to the family of Rrahim Latifi, a Kosovo-born citizen living in Sweden, who tragically lost his life after jumping from a bridge into Lake Ujman.
His body was discovered the following day through a coordinated search and rescue operation by the Kosovo Security Force (KSF), KFOR, and the Kosovo Police.
In her message, President Osmani emphasized the sorrow and pain caused by the premature loss of a young life, stating:
“Rrahimi passed away in a tragic and premature way, leaving behind deep pain for his family, friends, and all those who knew him.
The loss of a young person is always heavy — even more so under such heartbreaking circumstances.”
She offered her deepest condolences to the Latifi family and wished them strength and courage in facing their loss.
