The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, met with members of the Kosovo diaspora in Switzerland during her official visit to the country.
The meeting took place at the House of Kosovo in Davos and was attended by members of the caretaker government, including Prime Minister Albin Kurti, according to IndeksOnline.
Following the meeting, President Osmani expressed her gratitude for the continued support that the diaspora provides to Kosovo.
“During our one-day stay in Switzerland, it was a special pleasure to meet our diaspora at the House of Kosovo in Davos. Each of them makes us extremely proud through their successes and achievements, and we are deeply grateful for their unwavering support for Kosovo,” President Osmani wrote.
The meeting highlighted the important role of the diaspora in Kosovo’s development and international representation, reaffirming strong ties between state institutions and Kosovars living abroad.
