The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, paid an important visit to the headquarters of Nokia in Helsinki, where she was warmly welcomed by the company’s leadership.
In a post on ‘X’, President Osmani expressed her gratitude to Nokia for the warm reception and shared her enthusiasm about the visit. She highlighted Nokia’s historic achievements, which she said reflect the innovative spirit of Finland.
She wrote:
“I thank Nokia for the extraordinary hospitality yesterday in Helsinki. It was a pleasure to witness both their historic successes and ongoing innovations, which showcase Finland’s pioneering spirit. We had a great discussion on ways to bring Nokia investments to Kosovo – a country with the most tech-savvy youth in our region.”
The meeting primarily focused on exploring avenues for cooperation and potential investments by Nokia in Kosovo, emphasizing the exceptional potential of Kosovo’s youth in the technology sector.
President Osmani also noted that Kosovo presents outstanding opportunities for further development of its technological infrastructure and for strengthening ties with international investors.
