President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, welcomed internationally renowned tenor Ramë Lahaj, along with special guests of the 5th edition of the Ramë Lahaj International Opera Festival.
The visiting delegation included major figures from the global opera scene such as Ramón Vargas, one of the world’s leading tenors, Georgian mezzo-soprano Anita Rachvelishvili, and conductor Besmir Vokopola.
During the meeting, President Osmani praised Lahaj’s dedication to promoting Kosovo’s art and culture on the international stage.
“Your role in bringing world-class artists to Pristina is extraordinary,” said Osmani. “You are directly contributing to the advancement and internationalization of Kosovo’s cultural scene.”
She expressed deep appreciation for the festival’s impact on cultural diplomacy and for raising Kosovo’s artistic profile globally.
