Following consultations with the majority of parliamentary parties and considering the urgency of establishing institutions, approving the budget, and ratifying international agreements, President Vjosa Osmani has decided to convene the constitutive session of the Assembly.
The session is scheduled for February 11, 2026, at 12:00 PM, in accordance with the Constitution and applicable legislation.
