During the march, Osmani greeted Bedri Hamza, the head of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, and Endrit Thaçi, the son of former President Hashim Thaçi.
Osmani described the trial of former UÇK leaders in The Hague as unfair. Referring to the proceedings at the Specialist Chambers, she said they are “an attempt to equate our liberation struggle with the crimes of Serbia’s genocidal regime.”
She emphasized that the UÇK is the “strongest pillar” of the state and stated that it “cannot be undone by any effort to rewrite or distort history.”
