The Acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, met today with the Ambassador of Belgium to Kosovo, Grégoire Cuvelier.
During their conversation, Prime Minister Kurti first expressed his gratitude for Belgium’s support throughout all stages of Kosovo’s state-building. He also welcomed the additional Belgian troops deployed as part of the KFOR mission, starting from April 1, 2025.
They also discussed opportunities to expand cooperation in areas such as the economy, investments, justice, and the rule of law. Both sides emphasized their willingness and readiness to deepen bilateral relations to further strengthen collaboration.
Prime Minister Kurti added that Kosovo greatly values Belgium’s continued support in Euro-Atlantic integration processes, including Kosovo’s membership in the Council of Europe, the European Union, and NATO.
