A Call for Shared Responsibility

“This extraordinary commitment reflects the professionalism, dedication, and self-sacrifice of our Brigade members, who, risking their lives, protect the city and its citizens every day,” the announcement stated.

The Directorate for Security and Emergencies appealed to the capital’s citizens to refrain from starting fires and to be extra careful during these hot days.

“Please do not light fires outdoors, do not throw cigarettes in dry grass, and show increased caution during this period of high temperatures! Careless actions endanger lives, property, and our shared nature. Prevention is a shared responsibility. Together for a safer Capital,” concluded the Directorate’s appeal.
