The Municipality of Prishtina has canceled the tender for decorating the capital city for the upcoming holidays.
With only a few months left until the end-of-year celebrations, the municipality had initiated procedures to select the company responsible for decorating the city.
Initially, a winner was announced for the tender covering summer and winter decorations as well as marking important dates. However, today the Municipal Procurement Office decided to cancel the tender, which had a total value of €240,000.
According to the tender documents, two companies had competed in this open procedure: “Agri Bau” and “Te Fatosi.” The latter was initially declared the winner with a bid of €139,000.
