The Regional Water Company “Prishtina” has announced that the supply of drinking water has begun to return gradually.
According to the announcement, the water supply is expected to stabilize during today.
“We once again apologize for your inconvenience, especially in this heat, for not having drinking water supply. We ask for your understanding that these turbidities occurred due to technical works in the Ibër-Lepenc canal, which is managed by this company. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for your inconvenience!” the announcement stated.
Yesterday, water supply was halted in parts of Pristina, Fushë-Kosova, Obiliq, and Drenas due to a high level of turbidity in the Ibër-Lepenc canal.
