Visar Krasniqi, a member of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPK), has proposed the dismissal of KPK Chair Ardian Hajdaraj, arguing that decisions are being made arbitrarily and without proper procedures.
Krasniqi also opposed the presence of Acting State Prosecutor Agron Qalaj at the meeting and requested that he leave the room.
“My proposal is to dismiss you from your position as a council member, which would automatically remove you from the chairmanship as well. Since we are just joking around in council meetings, we are making proposals however we feel like it,” Krasniqi said.
Refusing to participate in the meeting with Qalaj present, Krasniqi, together with fellow council member Veton Shabani, walked out of the session.
