The Basic Prosecution in Pristina today carried out court-authorized raids and searches at several locations across Pristina, Ferizaj, and Shtime.
The operation focused on two state institutions: the Kosovo Cadastral Agency and the Kosovo Agency of Archives, along with other locations pertinent to the investigation. During this action, five individuals—M.B., V.B., B.SH., M.B., and Z.SH.—were escorted to the police. Following their interviews, some of them have been arrested on suspicion of involvement in illegal activities. Investigations are ongoing in the case of unlawfully transferring public properties to private ownership.
The investigation centers on the illegal transfer of public property into private ownership through a falsified court judgment. The property in question is located in Veternik, Pristina, and is public property belonging to the Kosovo Privatization Agency (KPA), specifically the social enterprise RTP.
The Basic Prosecution in Pristina remains committed to investigating and prosecuting criminal offenses that harm public interest and public assets.
