Protest in Belgrade: One Person Arrested for Bomb Threat

An elderly man was arrested in front of the Serbian Parliament building in Belgrade during today’s protest against President Vučić’s government.

According to the independent Serbian media outlet Nova.rs, the suspect approached the guards and threatened them with bombs before being arrested.

A large number of citizens are gathering from all over Belgrade in front of the Serbian Parliament, where a central rally will be held at 4:00 PM.

Students and other citizens of Serbia have been protesting against the government for months.

The protests have continued since the tragedy in Novi Sad on November 1st, when a concrete barrier at the railway station collapsed, killing 15 people.
