Categories emerging from the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) have issued a video message calling on citizens to join the protest scheduled for December 13 at 13:00 in Skopje, North Macedonia.

A day earlier, they had announced that the planned protest would be peaceful, inclusive, and non-partisan, organized in defense of their dignity and against perceived injustices at The Hague.

In a public statement, the organizers expressed concern regarding comments from North Macedonian Prime Minister Dimitar Mickoski about the formation of a “crisis staff,” which, they claim, unnecessarily create tension and attempt to portray a democratic gathering as a threat.

The organizers emphasized that the protest is fully coordinated, has no party affiliations, and there is no reason for dramatization.

They also urged North Macedonian state institutions to maintain professionalism and not politicize citizens’ constitutional right to assemble and protest.

“This is a free expression of citizens, guaranteed by law, and we will exercise it responsibly and with dignity,” the statement concluded.
