Russian President Vladimir Putin has declared that if Europe wants war, Russia is ready right now.
Speaking after an investment forum in Moscow, he said that Europeans have no peaceful agenda and stand firmly on the side of war.
According to Putin, Europeans are also obstructing both the U.S. administration and former President Donald Trump in their attempts to reach a peace agreement through negotiations.
Putin additionally claims that the city of Pokrovsk is now fully under Russian military control, citing footage released by the Russian Ministry of Defence that shows Russian soldiers waving flags in the city along the frontline.
“The recent attacks on Russian tanker ships are acts of piracy, and Russia will expand its strikes on Ukrainian ports and vessels in response,” Putin added.
