The Supreme Court of Kosovo is currently reviewing appeals against three decisions issued by the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel (PZAP) concerning the February 9 election process.
One of the appeals comes from the ruling Vetëvendosje Movement (LVV), challenging PZAP’s decision to reject its request for annulment of postal votes and a revote, claiming that the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) engaged in electoral manipulation.
Another appeal was filed by the PDAK-LPK coalition, while a third was submitted on Thursday by Petrit Hajdari, a candidate for deputy from the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK).
“The Supreme Court of Kosovo has received an appeal from the Vetëvendosje Movement against PZAP decision A.nr.641/2025, and another from the PDAK-LPK coalition against PZAP decision A.nr.639/2025,” the court stated.
It also confirmed receiving Hajdari’s appeal against PZAP decision A.nr.636/2025.
If the Supreme Court rejects the appeals, the path will be cleared for the certification of the election results.
