The Election Panel for Complaints and Appeals (PZAP) has reviewed a total of 642 complaints submitted during the electoral process for the Kosovo Parliamentary Elections held on February 9. Through a press release, PZAP made public the decisions made during the review of these complaints, reports Gazeta Sinjali.
Out of these complaints, 249 decisions were approved, 242 were rejected, 73 were considered inadmissible, 4 were withdrawn, 53 were out of time, and two were partially accepted.
Additionally, PZAP has forwarded 17 complaints to the Independent Commission for Media and two complaints to the Press Council.
Furthermore, PZAP announced that, as part of the decisions made, fines totaling 644,100.00 euros were imposed on political parties that violated the Code of Conduct, of which only 101,000.00 euros have been paid so far.
