The deputy from the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Rashit Qalaj, stated that the deputies of this political party do not have votes for the LVV candidate, Albulena Haxhiu.
Qalaj told TV21 that it is the responsibility of LVV to secure sufficient votes for the election of the Speaker of the Assembly.
“Our position will remain the same, we do not have votes for Albulena Haxhiu, we do not have votes for the LVV candidate. It is the obligation of the winning coalition, in this case, LVV, to ensure enough votes for the election of the Speaker. The issue of cooperation between political parties has a history; LVV has long since severed all cooperation bridges with opposition parties. You saw it for four years in power how we dealt with the party that was in power,” he said.
