The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo has announced that Goran Rakić, the former leader of the Serb List, did not appear for his latest scheduled interview, which was set for June 18, 2025.

According to Special Prosecution spokesperson Arbnora Luta, Rakić was initially invited for an interview but submitted a medical report citing health issues, preventing his attendance. For the second invitation, issued for June 18, the Member of Parliament in the Serbian Assembly provided no reason for his absence.

“Regarding the case for which you requested information, we inform you that Mr. Goran Rakić, after the first invitation, informed the Special Prosecution via a medical report that he has health problems and cannot appear for an interview,” Luta stated. “The Special Prosecution invited him again on June 18, but he has still not provided a reason for his absence. Very soon, the Special Prosecution will schedule the next interview session.”
