The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, congratulated Kosovo on the occasion of its 18th anniversary of independence through a photo album shared from his visit to Pristina the previous day.
While extending his congratulations, Rama announced that he would not participate in the march “Justice, Not Politics,” scheduled to take place today.
