Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama welcomed his British counterpart, Keir Starmer, with humor in Skanderbeg Square in Tirana, where the European Political Community Summit is taking place, reports Rks News.
Rama greeted Starmer with a lighthearted remark: “What did I tell you about the weather? It’s your rain,” referring to the bad weather that was hovering over the capital during the welcome.
