Prime Minister Edi Rama has released a video created with Artificial Intelligence to promote the 4th Albanian Diaspora Summit, which will take place in Tirana on April 13–15, 2026.
In this visual material, shared on Facebook, some of the most important figures in Albanian history and culture are recreated through AI technology, including Skanderbeg, Ismail Qemali, Mother Teresa, Fan Noli, the Frashëri brothers, Faik Konica, Jeronim De Rada, and Gjon Buzuku.
The summit aims to strengthen ties between the diaspora and Albania by creating opportunities for idea-sharing, contributing to the country’s development, and building a shared vision for Albania 2030.
Through meetings and discussions during the summit, collaboration is expected to deepen, creating new channels of communication among Albanians inside and outside the country.
Organized under the guidance of Prime Minister Rama, the summit is set to become a special moment of unity for Albanians worldwide, offering a space for dialogue and cooperation between the diaspora and the homeland.
The Albanian government has invited all compatriots to participate, describing this event as a unique opportunity to contribute to the journey toward the “Albania 2030” vision. Registration for participation is now open.
