Prime Minister Edi Rama posted on social media footage of the demolition of illegal constructions in Valbona National Park.
Rama warned everyone building without permits to stop what he called a “low sport,” stating that those who continue will waste money and time and eventually face serious consequences.
“The operation against illegal construction extends to Valbona National Park. I tell all those who continue this ‘low sport’—in public city areas, on the coast, or in the mountains—STOP. It’s pointless; you will only lose money and time, and following the latest government decisions, you will face serious consequences,” Rama wrote.
