European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen paid an official visit to Albania today, where she was welcomed by Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama.
Following the meeting, Rama shared several photos from the visit on his Facebook page, accompanied by a short message:
“Today with the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen,” Rama wrote.
The visit is part of von der Leyen’s regional tour focused on strengthening EU relations with Western Balkan countries and discussing the new growth plan for the region.
