The Basic Court in Pristina has ordered a one-month pretrial detention for Ramadan Morina, who is suspected of committing war crimes during the Kosovo conflict, reports Ekonomia Online.
According to court spokeswoman Mirlinda Gashi, Morina is alleged to have participated, together with Serbian police and military forces, in the massacre of 34 ethnic Albanian civilians in the village of Burim, Malishevë Municipality, between March 29–31, 1999.
