Serbian deputy in the Kosovo Assembly, Nenad Rašić, stated today that, in his view, the Assembly has not yet been fully constituted, and that any further steps must await a ruling from the Constitutional Court.
Rašić emphasized that he did not expect Speaker Dimal Basha to move forward with the formal constitution of the Assembly under the current circumstances.
“With all due respect to Speaker Basha, I did not expect him to declare the Assembly constituted that day, because in my opinion it has not been. We must wait for a decision from the Constitutional Court,” Rašić told T7.
