Real Madrid ended 2024 in the best possible way.

“Los Blancos” had a fantastic year, and it’s safe to say they finished it with “five stars.”

This is because they won a total of five trophies in 2024, as reported by RKS NEWS.

After triumphing in the Spanish Super Cup, La Liga, the Champions League, and the UEFA Super Cup, Luka Modrić and his teammates also won the Intercontinental Cup.

In the final held in Doha, Qatar, Carlo Ancelotti’s team triumphed with a dominant 3-0 victory over Pachuca at the Lusail Stadium.

Kylian Mbappé scored in the first half at the same stadium where he had netted three goals two years ago in the World Cup final against Argentina.

The French star was beautifully assisted by Vinícius Júnior.

Then, Rodrygo and Vinícius sealed the win for the European champions, scoring in the second half.

With this victory, Real Madrid was crowned World Champion.

The Intercontinental Cup included club champions from five different continents.

From 2024 onwards, this competition will replace the FIFA Club World Cup, which has been moved to the summer.

Pachuca were the winners of the CONCACAF Champions League, having eliminated the Asian Champions League winners in the semifinals before reaching the final against Real Madrid, as reported by RKS NEWS.

President Florentino Pérez has promised that he will strive to ensure another successful year for the “Kings” after considering 2024 as an extraordinary one.

Meanwhile, Carlo Ancelotti became the most successful coach in Real Madrid history, having won 15 trophies.
