The reigning champions, Real Madrid, won 3-2 against Atalanta in Bergamo on Tuesday night. The match was part of the sixth round of the UEFA Champions League, with the Madrid side taking a significant step towards advancing to the next stage.
With two rounds remaining in the group stage, Real Madrid sits in 17th place with nine points. Atalanta suffered their first defeat, now sitting in 8th place with 11 points. However, they are still in the qualifying zone for the round of 16.

Kylian Mbappé opened the scoring in the 10th minute, giving Madrid a 1-0 lead. However, Mbappé was injured and substituted in the first half.
Charles de Ketelaere equalized from the penalty spot in the second minute of injury time in the first half, making it 1-1.
Vinícius Júnior scored to put Madrid ahead 2-1 in the 56th minute, and just three minutes later, Jude Bellingham added another goal for Madrid in the 59th minute.
Ademola Lookman scored for Atalanta in the 65th minute, securing the final scoreline.
Berat Gjimshiti played until the 74th minute for Atalanta.
