The Central Election Commission (CEC) has announced that the recount process of ballots from 2,557 polling stations has been successfully completed at the Counting and Results Center (CRC).
The recount concerned polling stations where voting was held on December 28, 2025, as part of the early elections for the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo.
According to the CEC, the results following the recount have been published on the official CEC results platform, accessible at the section CRC > Recount.
Purpose of the Recount
The CEC emphasized that the decision to conduct the recount was taken to guarantee the accuracy of the electoral results and to ensure that the will of the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo is recorded and reflected correctly, exactly as expressed on the ballots.
The Commission reiterated its commitment to transparency, credibility, and the integrity of the electoral process.
