Eugen Cakolli from KDI announced that the PZAP (The Election Complaints and Appeals Panel) has rejected all the complaints submitted by political entities opposing the election results, emphasizing that they did not have sufficient legal evidence to justify a recount or annulment of the votes.
He highlighted the importance of ensuring that claims of irregularities are backed by compelling evidence and not just assumptions.
Cakolli added that political entities have 48 hours to appeal to the Supreme Court, which has 96 hours to make its decision.
According to him, the results can be certified by mid-next week, if the Supreme Court does not change the decision of PZAP.
