Results of Prime Ministerial Candidates: Votes for Kurti, Hamza, Abdixhiku, and Haradinaj

Albin Kurti, leader of the Lëvizja Vetëvendosje (Self-Determination Movement), has received 259,532 votes, with 90.41% of the voting stations processed for the candidates of political parties.

The candidate for Prime Minister from the Partia Demokratike e Kosovës (Democratic Party of Kosovo), Bedri Hamza, currently has 150,294 votes. As a candidate for MP in the 2021 elections, he had received 23,976 votes, ranking third on the party’s list of most voted candidates.

The chairman and Prime Ministerial candidate of Lidhja Demokratike e Kosovës (Democratic League of Kosovo), Lumir Abdixhiku, has received 109,202 votes. In the 2021 elections, he had secured 25,267 votes as a candidate for MP, ranking as the third most voted in the party.

The Prime Ministerial candidate from the coalition AAK-Nisma, Lista Konservatore, and Forumi Intelektual E-30, Ramush Haradinaj, has received 37,752 votes so far. In the previous elections, he had garnered 41,371 votes.

Central Election Commission published the results today from the vote counting for political parties. Lëvizja Vetëvendosje has obtained 342,281 votes, or 40.80%. Partia Demokratike e Kosovës has 184,811 votes, or 22.03%. Lidhja Demokratike e Kosovës has 147,888 votes, or 17.63%. The AAK-Nisma coalition and others have received 62,588 votes, or 7.46%.

Votes by special needs individuals, conditional votes, and overseas votes will be counted afterward.
