The Chairman of the Albanian National Council (KKSH) in the Presheva Valley, Enkel Rexhepi, stated that Belgrade’s military parade was not merely a ceremonial spectacle but an openly anti-Albanian march.

In a Facebook post, Rexhepi said it was a demonstration of an army well known to Albanians: an army of violence, war crimes, and ethnic cleansing.

“This is a provocation for the region, but also against our people. It is a grave insult to national dignity. In this context, the participation of the Albanian mufti is a shameful and unacceptable act. He does not represent our community but has become a tool of Serbian propaganda, part of a hybrid war aimed at breaking our morale through the recruitment of individuals against their own nation’s interests — as in the case of Minister Demo Berisha,” Rexhepi wrote on Facebook.

According to him, this represents a blatant violation of Albanian honor and dignity, something that cannot be accepted, relativized, or covered with excuses.
