After the Court of Rome referred the case of detained migrants in the Gjadër camp to the European Court of Justice, seven migrants who were being held there are now being transferred to Italy.

The seven migrants, originally from Bangladesh and Egypt, were moved from the Gjadër camp to the reception center in Shëngjin, where the ship Libra is expected to arrive at the port to take them to Italy.

The Court of Rome today ruled against the detention of migrants captured at sea by Italy in camps set up in Albania.
