Russia has carried out military exercises in Siberia involving its strategic rocket forces, including the movement of Yars intercontinental ballistic missiles, which are capable of carrying nuclear warheads.
According to the Ministry of Defence of Russia, the drills included camouflaged maneuvers and concealment tactics to hide missile movements on the ground.
Military units also practiced responding to simulated enemy attacks and countering aerial assault threats. No actual missile launches were reported during the exercise.
Russia regularly conducts such drills to test its combat readiness and send strategic signals to the NATO, especially amid ongoing tensions linked to the war in Ukraine.
