The escalating tension between President Donald Trump and businessman Elon Musk has sparked mocking and ironic reactions from Russia’s ruling elite in Moscow.
A senior Russian official suggested mediating peace talks between the two figures, while another boldly proposed that Musk relocate his businesses to Russia.
Nationalist Senator Dmitry Rogozin, who once headed Russia’s space program, addressed Musk directly on X (formerly Twitter): “Elon, don’t worry! If you encounter insurmountable problems in the USA, come to us. Here you will find reliable comrades and complete freedom for technical creativity.“
Meanwhile, former Russian President and current senior security official, Dmitry Medvedev, expressed readiness to facilitate a dialogue for a peace agreement between Trump and Musk:
“We are ready to facilitate the conclusion of a peace agreement between D and E for a reasonable fee and accept Starlink shares as payment. Don’t quarrel, guys.“
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, when asked about the feud, emphasized that it is an internal American matter, though he expressed confidence that Trump would handle the situation
