NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte stated that the “dictator in Moscow” is willing to allow the deaths of “so many of his own people” in the ongoing war with Ukraine.

“They are not winning this war. They are making very small advances in Donetsk and other areas — so small that they are almost irrelevant,” he said, according to Sky News via Express.

Rutte added that Vladimir Putin’s willingness to incur “insane losses” in Ukraine must be taken seriously, describing it as “crazy behavior on every level.”
