The Municipality of Drenas has announced the passing of Lirigzon Kataqica, a 25-year-old from the village of Gallanasellë, who resided in Sweden.
The Mayor of Drenas, Ramiz Lladrovci, expressed his condolences to the family of the deceased on the municipality’s official Facebook page:
“The untimely passing of Lirigzon is a great sorrow for his family and our municipality. Sincere condolences, and we pray that God grants his family the strength to cope with this sudden loss. Heartfelt condolences to the Kataqica family,” Lladrovci stated.
Lirigzon Kataqica held a Master’s degree in Political Science and was a PhD candidate. He also served as a councilor in the Municipal Assembly of Jokkmokk in Sweden.
