The Union of Education, Science and Culture of Kosovo (SBAShK) has voiced serious concerns about the lack of proper working conditions in schools, claiming this is directly linked to poor education results.
On Sunday, representatives of SBAShK joined teachers from different countries in the second day of a two-day workshop organized in cooperation with the American Center for Solidarity.
Teachers Share Experiences and Challenges
Participants from Kosovo, Albania, Montenegro, and North Macedonia shared experiences and highlighted the common challenges facing their education systems.
According to SBAShK representatives, the key problems stem from inadequate working conditions in schools, which hinder both teachers and students from achieving better outcomes.
The workshop aimed to strengthen cooperation among regional education unions and to find new approaches for improving the quality of education.
