The Union of Education, Science and Culture of Kosovo (SBASHK) has declared that it remains ready for dialogue with future institutions or, if necessary, for union actions including a general strike, should the legitimate demands of its members not be met.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, the union expressed concern over the current lack of functional institutions, which has prevented meaningful dialogue on pressing issues affecting teachers and education workers.
SBASHK emphasized that, once new institutions are formed, it will act in line with the decisions of the Extraordinary Congress, reaffirming its commitment to defend the rights and interests of its members.
