The Union of Education, Science and Culture of Kosovo (SBAShK) has announced that its next Congress will be held on Thursday, July 18, starting at 10:00 AM.
According to the press release, the main topic of the Congress will be the lack of willingness by institutions—specifically the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (MASHTI) and the Government—to engage in dialogue with SBAShK. The union highlights the refusal to discuss the Draft Collective Agreement, which it submitted back in October 2024.
The meeting will also focus on further union steps, with possible actions expected to be considered for the period starting in September.
