Marco Rubio has shared details about his meeting with Vjosa Osmani, thanking her and the people of Kosovo for their commitment to peace and stability.
In his post, Rubio expressed appreciation for Kosovo’s role as a founding member of the Peace Board.
“I met with President Vjosa Osmani and thanked her, as well as the people of Kosovo, for their commitment to peace and stability as a founding member of the Peace Board. I also thanked President Osmani for her contribution to the International Stabilization Force in Gaza,” Rubio wrote.
The U.S. Secretary of State also acknowledged Kosovo’s contribution to the International Stabilization Force in Gaza, highlighting its role in supporting international stability efforts.
The statement underscores continued cooperation between Kosovo and the United States on global peace and security initiatives.
