Security expert Agim Musliu has issued a strong accusation against the Serbian telecommunications company MTS, alleging it employed a key individual involved in the terrorist attack in Banjska.

Musliu stated that following his public criticism of the company’s “suspicious activities” in Kosovo, MTS responded through media portals against those who disseminated the information. However, Musliu asserts that such reactions cannot conceal the facts.

“The Serbian operator MTS was bothered by my status about them. They reacted to the portals that published the news about my reaction to their suspicious activity. You can even file lawsuits, but you cannot erase the facts about your implication in supporting the terrorist group,” Musliu wrote.

He posed a direct question to MTS: “Did you know that the person involved in the terrorist attack in Banjska was your employee and received a salary from your company? Why did you not react to this?”

Allegations of Direct Employment and Connections to Terrorist Organization

According to Musliu, his sources within Kosovo’s security structures confirm that Vladimir Radivojevic, known by the nickname “Mami,” was employed as a personal driver for MTS director Zoran Milojevic, receiving a monthly salary of €1,246.26.

Musliu further highlighted that Radivojevic was a central figure in organizing barricades in northern Kosovo, maintaining close ties with illegal structures, the terrorist organization “Civil Protection,” and the Serb List. He is also accused of smuggling illegal weapons from Serbia into Kosovo.

In 2021, Musliu claims, “Mami” was part of a delegation led by Goran Rakic and other Serb List supporters who met with Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić.

“Your employee kept the promise made to Vučić, did ‘something big,’ attacked Banjska together with Radoičić and other comrades,” Musliu concluded. He called for accountability for what he describes as the direct involvement of a company licensed in Kosovo in supporting terrorism.
