The personal security officer of the Prime Minister of North Macedonia, Hristijan Mickoski, Angel Saramakov, was taken to the Skopje prison in Shutka this morning, and the police will file a criminal complaint against him for the offense of leaking official secrets, confirmed prison sources for Alsat.
According to police information, Saramakov is suspected of sharing official secrets he possessed with members of the Grčec mafia clan in exchange for money.
Saramakov has been reported multiple times in internal controls and has personally complained of being degraded, presenting himself to the State Commission for Prevention of Discrimination.
Until April 2024, he worked in the Veles Police Station as a senior inspector for property crimes, and since April, he has been serving as an inspector for forensic controls.
