An illegally constructed villa on state-owned property is the most valuable asset of Radoičić, according to the assessment by the Agency. It constitutes more than half of the total value of seized and confiscated assets related to the Banjska case.
The sought-after property by Kosovo’s justice authorities is valued at 3,430,748.50 euros.
Almost two million euros is the assessed value of Milan Radoičić’s villa, built by Lake Ujman.
The assessment was conducted by the Agency for the Administration of Seized or Confiscated Property, under whose management, besides the villa, are other properties of Radoičić in Kosovo.

Among them, 3,103,178.50 euros are immovable property, including a penthouse apartment valued at 644,400 euros, a restaurant worth 400,000 euros, an office valued at 82,065 euros, and an apartment valued at 69,220 euros.
In addition, there are 31 confiscated vehicles and 8 other seized vehicles worth 327,570 euros in state custody.
All of Radoičić’s properties are monitored and secured through security cameras by the Kosovo Police.
