Ahead of the 21st attempt to constitute Kosovo’s Assembly, Vetëvendosje (VV) MP Shqipe Selimi called on other parties and non-Serb community representatives to support VV’s candidate for Speaker of the Assembly in tomorrow’s session.
Selimi specifically addressed PDK, LDK, AAK, Nisma, and minority deputies, urging them to help unblock the institutional process.
She emphasized that the vote is not only about electing a Speaker but is crucial for establishing the new legislature’s organs in line with the election results.
“Those concerned about the stalled institution-building process should express it by voting tomorrow,” Selimi stated.
Tomorrow’s session will also include the approval of the commission for the secret ballot.
